    The templates for spellcasting PrCs can be found in THIS thread. Or at least for the tables (can't remember which). In either case doing the table right will help immensely with getting people to giveyou feedback.

    BTW, don't worry, you aren't the first to be told this, and you won't be the last.

    EDIT:Spellform needs a DC for the Spellcraft check.
