Homebrewers: Direct My Wrath III! [VOTING CLOSED]

Alright, my Pandemonium project is finally complete and I need a new focus for after exams. It's very likely that it will be planar again, but I'm okay with seeing other ideas posted. Please vote for one or more planes (or other concepts) that you'd like to see me homebrew. The currently accepted limit is three distinct votes.

Due to popular demand from last round, I have kept my promise and started this voting cycle with the three transitive planes.

3. The equivalent of #2, but for the Celestials (not sure what plane this would fall under).

It was worth it, though. At least for me it was. Heck if I know anything about design or balance, but those Lamente were seriously cool, and the wind effects were an inspired touch.
